I'm sorry we let you down Jason, I see that you had a major failure of the Fuel Injectors which caused a check engine light to come on after you were out of warranty. I don't sorry it's not a common repair and we had to order the parts and seals so it took a long time and was expensive. I'm glad the rest of the survey was positive and you were happy with the staff and how we took care of you. Most of the vehicles that come in are here and gone within 48 hours, but occasionally more difficult repairs will take an extra day or two and that we let you down. Helpful salespeople, willing to talk about most aspects of the car. In all honesty, this purchase was not a used Edsel but a car that invites you to acquire it. Nevertheless, I was treated kindly and entertained while the purchase procedures were being handled. P.S. the trade in for my Honda was going to be a deal-breaker but the amount was more than satisfactory

David Rodrigues did an awesome job checking over my car, changing the cabin filter and oil change (20000 mi work). He went over it in the video which was very helpful and kept the car clean.
