I easily could have chosen 5 stars, but ther was a lack of communication that I found frustrating. I understand that there was a problem with repair approvals between my company and LeasePlan, but the only way I ever knew was because I was checking with you. First, I get a call and email form Volkswagen stating that my car was telling me that there was something wrong that needed immediate attention, then once I was there for a PM service, there was nothing wrong with it? There was no mention of it on the invoice paperwork. I dropped it off on at Friday morning with an 8:30 appointment and didn’t get it back until late the following Wednesday, without any updates- As always, the service technicians did excellent work, and everything was great when I got the car back-

Afternoon Mr. Tapp, I'm sorry we failed you. Due to some CDK Outages during a global shutdown, our systems internally have been quite messed up and buggy.
