I had to try booking an appointment for a recall repair multiple times to finally get the recall repaired. Your mployees promise to call me back when parts arrive but never call me back on multiple occasions even after the part has already arrived. I had to keep following at your dealership to get things done. There's something wrong with internal flows at your dealership.
